2. Description of Services
YOAKE JAPAN provides destination management services for Japan travel, including:
- Curated travel experiences and itineraries
- Accommodation and transportation arrangements
- Cultural experiences and guided tours
- Travel advisor partnership platform (MOGAMI)
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms:
- A deposit may be required to confirm bookings
- Full payment is due before the travel date
- Prices are in Japanese Yen unless otherwise stated
- Additional fees may apply for special requests
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing:
- More than 30 days before: Full refund minus processing fee
- 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of YOAKE JAPAN and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
YOAKE JAPAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
